Documents are processed on your device

Reading, parsing, search and export happen locally. The app does not require an account and does not provide cloud document uploads, app-managed sync or telemetry.

Mac reads the original files you authorize and keeps file references, library records and reading state in its sandbox. iPhone and iPad keep imported copies, library records and progress. Mobile app data follows your system backup settings; this is separate from app-managed cloud sync.

Cache, removal and deletion

Rebuildable covers and parsing results are cached locally to help with later reading. The system may reclaim caches. Original documents and reading records do not rely on this cache.

Removing a Mac library item clears related records and cache while keeping the external original. Deleting on mobile removes the app copy, records and related cache, leaving external originals untouched. System backups are managed through the corresponding system settings.

Local Wi-Fi transfer on mobile

A local HTTP receiving service runs only while the mobile Wi-Fi Transfer screen is open in the foreground. Your computer sends files to the displayed local address with a verification code. Files travel over your local network, not through our cloud servers.

The service stops when you close the screen or background the app. Use it on trusted networks. Local HTTP transfer is not end-to-end encryption.

Visiting the website

The website has no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, accounts or cookies. The URL determines language. Color initially follows your system; a manual choice is saved only in this browser’s local storage and is not sent to the server. Clear this website’s data to restore the default.

Hosting services may process ordinary request information such as IP address, access time, request path and browser details to deliver and secure the website. This is separate from app document processing. The website has no document upload feature.

Local previews do not involve public hosting. Access-log and retention details will be updated to match the actual hosting configuration before public launch.

Feedback you send

When you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send, for communication and troubleshooting. Do not send unnecessary personal information or documents you lack permission to share.

Contact support to ask about, correct or request deletion of feedback information. We consider troubleshooting needs and applicable record retention requirements when handling requests.
